Job Responsibilities:
- Information collection: collect information and customer opinions, collect competitor information, collect market demand trends, and submit plans and suggestions to adjust sales strategies according to market changes;
- Market planning: undertake the company's and team sales tasks and collection tasks, formulate team marketing strategies and sales priorities;
- Marketing promotion; Implement the company's sales management regulations and rules, formulate annual and monthly sales plans for the team and members, develop new customers, summarize sales analysis, find problems, propose solutions and summary reports;
- Customer maintenance; Communicate regularly with customer executives, timely organize and deal with quality, service complaints, and customer returns, and promote the improvement of internal processes;
- Risk control; Lead channel construction and management, supervise the implementation of sales plans, formulate price strategies, control sales risks, and ensure payment recovery;
- Strategic understanding and core capacity building: correctly understand the company's vision and development strategy, assist in formulating business development strategy, and participate in the formulation of the company's annual sales plan and budget plan.
Job Requirements:
- College degree or above, major in marketing, science and engineering;
- 5 years of 2B market development experience, familiar with PIN keyboard, self-service terminal, medical product market experience is preferred; Familiar with domestic and international market operation experience is preferred;
- Have a big pattern, high cognitive level, and strong self-motivation;
- Work conscientiously and responsibly, have strong initiative and team spirit, good organizational skills, judgment skills, interpersonal skills, coordination and communication skills, planning and execution skills, customer service skills.
- Have led a team of more than 5 people, and those with sales of more than 20 million are preferred;
